We’ll refund your marketing service fee from the last 30 days—no hassle, no hard feelings. Just reach out if something didn’t go as expected.

💳 Unused Ad Spend Returns

If you’ve added ad budget but haven’t used it yet, we’ll return the unused portion back to you. Once it’s spent, it’s considered final.

At The Pro Ad Shop, we’re committed to providing high-quality marketing services with transparency and professionalism. This policy outlines how refunds are handled, including what is and isn’t eligible.


⏳ Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on Marketing Service Fees and unused ad spend, under the following conditions:

✅ Refunds Apply To:

  • Marketing Service Fees from the last 30 days only

  • Unused ad spend that has not yet been submitted to third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, YouTube, Vibe)

🚫 Refunds Do Not Apply To:

  • Ad spend that has already been spent with advertising platforms

  • Campaigns older than 30 days

  • Completed deliverables (e.g., funnels, automations, creative assets, copywriting)

  • Digital downloads (e.g., templates, guides, ad scripts, or files delivered upon purchase)

To be eligible, your request must:

  • Fall within the 30-day refund window

  • Clearly explain why the service didn’t meet your expectations

  • Include proof of purchase (invoice, billing record, or receipt)


🔁 Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request:

  1. Our team will review your campaign, expenses, and service delivery.

  2. You’ll receive a confirmation email regarding the approval or denial of your request.

  3. If approved, your refund (for service fees and/or unused ad spend) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.


⚠️ Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute. In most cases, we can resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
Unresolved chargebacks may result in termination of service or account access.


⏱ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or credit card account

  • Contact your provider, as processing delays are common

We do not offer exchanges or swaps for services that have already been fulfilled or partially delivered.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds on the marketing service fee from the last 30 days—no hard feelings. If something didn’t go right, just let us know and we’ll make it right.

Refunds are only available for the last 30 days of service. We cannot refund fees for campaigns that have been running longer than that.

If the deliverable has already been completed or delivered (even partially), it does not qualify for a refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method — or via direct payment from The Pro Ad Shop to you. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.

No, we do not offer exchanges for services or campaigns that have been partially or fully delivered.

Can I get a refund on my ad spend?

Only if the ad spend hasn’t been submitted to platforms (like Facebook, Google, or Vibe). Once it’s spent, it’s considered final.

Only the Marketing Service Fee is refundable (within the last 30 days). Ad spend, completed deliverables, and digital downloads are not refundable.
