Do I need a website to work with you?
Nope! If you don’t have a website, we can build a high-converting funnel for your campaign as part of your subscription.
How long does it take to launch a campaign?
Most campaigns are ready to launch within 7–14 business days, depending on how quickly we receive your assets, approvals, and ad platform access.
If a funnel build is included, the basic version may be ready within that window, with additional pages or features rolled out over time as part of your ongoing campaign.
Can I schedule a free consultation?

What platforms do you advertise on?
We manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram, YouTube, and Vibe TV. We’ll choose the best fit based on your goals and audience.
What’s included in my subscription?
Your subscription includes strategy, ad creation, campaign setup, performance tracking, and ongoing maintenance & optimization.
Funnels and page builds are included if needed and are included in the purchased subscription.
Do you create the ad content for us?
Yes — we create all the core ad content including headlines, ad copy, and graphics. For video campaigns, you can either provide your own video assets or have us produce them for an additional fee.
If you already have creative materials, we’re happy to incorporate them into your campaign to save time and maintain consistency. All content is sent to you for review and approval before launch.
What if my ads get disapproved?
We monitor for issues and work with you to resolve them quickly. We’ll resubmit with edits if needed or shift strategy if platform policies change.
Do I get reports on my results?
Absolutely. We provide monthly campaign reports summarizing performance, key metrics, and next steps. These are delivered in a clean, easy-to-read PDF format via email to your designated contact person.
If you’d like to go over the details together, we’re happy to schedule a Google Meet to review the report, answer questions, and plan out adjustments to your campaign. You’ll always be kept in the loop — no jargon, just clear insights.
💳 Billing & Subscriptions
How does billing work?
We bill your card monthly in advance on the 1st of each month. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment doesn’t go through, your campaigns will be paused until the issue is resolved. We’ll notify you right away to get it sorted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — just give us 30 days’ written notice. A one-month cancellation fee applies, as we require a full billing cycle’s notice. Any unpaid invoices are due at that time.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We refund marketing service fees upon request if it’s within 30 days of payment. However, ad spend already used on third-party platforms is non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes, just reach out to our team. We’ll help you adjust your plan to match your current goals.
🌐 Funnels, Websites & Hosting
Do I own the funnel or website you build for me?
You own all creative assets after final payment. We host the funnel/website on our system, but if you leave, we’ll provide you with a full backup.
Can I use your funnel without running ads?
Yes! We offer a Funnel-Only Subscription for $1,000/month. It’s perfect if you want a high-converting funnel without paid ads. While it can be used as a standalone system, we recommend pairing it with a campaign to maximize results. We can also adjust the funnel to better suit organic traffic or alternate sources.
Do you host and manage everything?
Yes, we handle hosting, tracking, updates, and maintenance. You don’t need to manage any of the tech.

Is my data secure?
100%. We follow strict security standards and never sell your personal data. All information is stored on secure, encrypted platforms.
Do you comply with privacy laws like GDPR or CCPA?
Yes. We’re GDPR and CCPA compliant and registered for A2P 10DLC text messaging compliance. You’re covered from the start.
