My Account FAQs
Got questions? We’ve got answers. Here’s everything you need to know about managing your account, accessing your orders, and keeping your info up to date.
How do I view my past orders?
Go to your account dashboard and click on “Orders”. You’ll see a full list of all purchases, along with dates and downloadable invoices.
How do I update my billing address?
From your dashboard, click “Addresses”. There, you can update your billing and shipping information anytime.
I forgot my password—how do I reset it?
Click “Lost your password?” on the login screen. We’ll email you a secure link to create a new one.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We recommend speaking with your Account Manager before canceling to ensure it’s the right move for your business and that your campaign wraps up smoothly. If you decide to proceed, go to “Orders”, select your active subscription, and click the Cancel button.
Per our Terms of Service, cancellations require a 30-day notice and will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will apply after that period.
I need help with something that’s not listed—what should I do?
Just contact us and we’ll help you personally. We respond fast and keep it simple.
Where can I download my receipt or invoice?
Click “Orders”, then click “View” next to any order. You’ll find an option to download your invoice at the bottom of that page.
How do I change my email address or password?
Click on “Account Details” in your dashboard. You can update your name, email, and password from there.
Can I change my subscription plan?
If you’re considering changing your subscription—whether it’s an upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation—please reach out to your Account Manager first. They’ll help you review your options and ensure the change aligns with your campaign goals.
When will I be billed next?
Subscription billing dates are listed under Orders > View Subscription. You’ll see the next payment date and renewal info there.
Can I access support or my account info from mobile?
Absolutely. Our account dashboard is mobile-friendly and works great on any device.
