By purchasing this campaign, you agree to the following service terms:
Delivery Timeline: Initial campaign setup takes 7–14 business days after payment and access are received. Full performance optimization may take up to 90 days.
Approval Requirement: All ads and creative assets will be reviewed with you before going live. If no response is received within 7 days, we may proceed based on best practices.
Platform Use: Ads may run on platforms like Google, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, or Vibe, depending on campaign type.
Billing: Services and Third-party ad spend are billed monthly in advance via credit or debit card.
Cancellation: You may cancel with 30 days’ notice. A final month of service and a one-month cancellation fee apply. Services will pause at the end of the billing cycle.
Refund Policy: We offer refunds on unused service time within the first 30 days only. Ad spend is non-refundable once submitted to ad platforms. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
Ownership: All final assets created for you become your property after full payment. If you cancel service, we will provide a backup copy of your funnel or website upon request, if applicable.
